International Mail Service, Inc. offers a wide variety of services, including international parcel services, mailing services, and more. Whatever you want to send, our team helps you to know what is involved in the shipping process. From weight limits to limits on the value of a package, we help you through all the regulations that must be followed. International parcel services and mailing services come in a variety of options. IPA is a bulk mailing service through the USPS that is equivalent to First Class Mail/Package International. The delivery standard is 3-7 business days from date of entry. Tracking and confirmation of delivery is not available. However, the service does provide for the free return of undeliverable pieces. The service is available for merchandise up to 4 pounds and printed matter up to 66 pounds. Package value has limits of no more than $400.00. IPA offers a savings of up to 40% when compared to FCMI and FCPI.

ISAL is an economy bulk service through the USPS with a delivery standard of 7-14 business days from date of entry. This service is not available to all countries. Tracking and confirmation of delivery is not available. However, the service does provide for the free return of undeliverable pieces. The service is available for merchandise up to 4 pounds and printed matter up to 66 pounds. Package value has limits of no more than $400.00. ISAL offers a savings of up to 60% when compared to FCMI and FCPI.

PMI is the same service you find at your post office. It offers a delivery standard of 6-10 business days from date of entry. Package value has limits of no more than $2500. Limited tracking and confirmation services are available (tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours upon arrival at IMS facility) as well as indemnity insurance which comes from the value and/or weight. The maximum weight limit is 70 pounds to most countries. PMI offers up to a 20% discount compared to retail postage (does not include Flat Rate boxes or envelopes which are not available).

PMEI, formally known as EMI, is the same service you find at your post office. It offers a delivery standard of 3-5 business days from date of entry on average. Package value has limits of no more than $2500. Limited tracking (emails of tracking numbers sent within 24 hours upon arrival at IMS facility) and confirmation services are available; along with insurance for documents up to $100 and merchandise up to $200 (additional insurance is not available through IMS Inc). The maximum weight limit is 70 pounds to most countries. PEMI offers up to a 25% discount compared to retail postage (does not include Flat Rate boxes or envelopes which are not available).
