More countries are being added for the Commercial ePacket service.

More countries are being added for the Commercial ePacket service.

As you may know, a country must provide acceptable delivery scan rates to get on the list. The
following countries have signed agreements in place and will begin service on July 31, 2022.

  • Greece (added to country group 8)
  • Iceland (group 7)
  • Italy (group 9)
  • Thailand (group 10)

Normally, the software providers will activate these countries on the date shown but please let
me know if you have issues with a specific country.

Additionally, as issues related to COVID continue to decline, more countries are resuming
“normal” service. Please visit the USPS International Service Alerts page for the most up-to-date information.

Note that if a Commercial ePacket country is ever on the list and ePacket is not specified in the
list of USPS International Services, assume it’s suspended if all other services are.
